Battle had filed a police report saying she lost the ticket I can only presume she will be charged for filing a false police report.

She cried. She's sorry. She did it for the children AND the Cleveland policeman.
If I were the judge, I'd give her 4000 hours of community service. (That's 2 years of work) (40 hrs x 50 weeks).
Her rap sheet is all we know but I'm sure she has had other run-ins based on fraud that she "cried" her way out of.

Nah, she wanted to help the poor unemployed police officers. They'll take pity on her.

Yes, she will, according to news reports -- 30 days to 5 or 6 months in jail. And since she's been convicted before......
