VERY INTERESTING !(Music please)

I seen stones cut with the same pattern like this before.
In South America, and Central America.

There are location that have ruins that come close to these
found on Mars. One is Machu Picchu, and Tiahuanaco (Which is only 10 % exacauted) but there is a tales of the builders coming from the heavens (space) , they also left stones behind with drawings on them call Inca Stones.
They built there first cities were the air was thin, and cold...

Here some images of these long, long lost ancient cities .

http://www.crystalinks.com/machu.html

Check out Tiahuanaco too... Check out the stones cuts...(End of Music) Vet out :)

The editing of Opportunity images had begun, they don't want the american taxpayers and voters to see the truth !

"Our past" Alot of people that work by & in the Cape are
just P***-O** ! We have a space organization that is unable to tell the truth !

Signing-Off...

The rock you questioned and claim is carved by someone or something, is more commonly referred to as Columnar Basalt.

If you look up photographic examples of this type of rock, it will resemble a man-made appearance. However, it is the result of volcanic basalt flows that cool under the right conditions and are not man made. They occur naturally and are quite common throughout the Rocky Mountains, especially Eastern Washington near Clarkston & Walla Walla.

This natural occurring crystalline formation looks like evenly carved, octagonal posts.

Devils Tower near Sundance Wyoming, featured in "Close Encounters of The Third Kind", is a large example of Columnar Basalt.

As far as the "conspiracy to hide the truth", you have been listening to George Noory on "After Dark" lately haven't you. Richard C. Hogland is just another disgruntled crank who was fired by NASA because of his poor attitude as well as his ridiculous theories. You also might need a fresh roll of Reynolds Wrap, it is direct requirement for extraterrestrial insight.

Psycho-FREEP, Okay I admit there are bedrock that look like this on earth, but look at the markings on some of the stones for example:
See image of site posted by Orion78.
Look at FAR RIGHT last two stones, Zoom-in on JUST those two stones, you can see a O with box bottom on left one, and a 2 marking, the bottom of the 2 shape is Summerian style markings, on another stone there is a Inca marking
of a snake figure. On another stone there is a V shape with eye-like inside the V. These images was posted on Sol-1 images, they are now gone, except the 2 stones with markings on far right , can somebody PLEASE enlarge the far right...of image where markings are ...

Let's get that image(Section) enlarge and I will come back
to discuss the possible meanings ?

Opportunity will go Black soon ! Just like Spirit

I want to by-pass the opportunity images , because it's like a mirage to me, and re-forus on Spirit landing site and it's pictures. I know that most of you must be thinking
Orlando had lost it, and that's okay. When you deal with cutting edge science and studies of the unknown there needs to be a couple of Orlando types to ask the crazy questions, and to look out of the box at times. Just maybe I might get it right on one thing, or two ?

This is fun and I enjoy it alot...

Jan 29th.... New Photo image from Mars Express shows GREEN
at Spirit landing site. The Spirit landing site is located
by the cross hairs of image release by Mars Express"

http://sci.esa.int/science-e-media/img/e3/spirit_landing_site.jpeg

Note: Looking at this new image from Mars Express of Gusev
I noticed at 4 O'Clock of cross-hair-mark down/right...go down alittle there is a small crater, and inside that crater looks like thte color blue ???? water maybe ???

Spirit release two new images on Jan 26th from Pancam images..The science of mars continues.....

"A couple hundred posts back I stated that Mars Global Surveyor could not discern the lander on the surface. I stand corrected."

No biggie we all do at some point and time. Please forgive my absence in this thread as of late as well. A couple of big jobs coming down the pipe for me along with some intense philisophical debates here kept me distracted.

Gosh it's been a week! Time flies when your having fun. Hey now that we see that they have this kind of resolutional capabilities it would be interesting if they would use them to locate mars express' beagle 2 lander.

I wonder if the ESA is too afraid to look. Spirit is back apparently too and here's an interesting link as well:

http://www.jpl.nasa.gov/releases/2004/46.cfm

Especially interesting excerpt in this article below:

Spirit has also returned microscopic images and Moessbauer spectrometer readings of Adirondack taken the day before the rover developed computer and communication problems on Jan. 22. Both are unprecedented investigations of any rock on another planet. The microscopic images indicate Adirondack is a hard, crystalline rock. "If you had a hammer and whacked that rock, it would ring," Arvidson said. Moessbauer readings allow scientists to determine what types of iron-bearing minerals are in a rock. "What made us extremely happy when we saw the graph for the first time were the small peaks," said Dr. Bodo Bernhardt, a member of the rover science team from the University of Mainz, Germany, which provided the instrument. The peaks large and small in the spectrum reveal that the minerals in Adirondack include olivine, pyroxene and magnetite. That composition is common in volcanic basalt rocks on Earth, said science-team member Dr. Dick Morris of NASA's Johnson Space Center, Houston. In coming days, scientists plan to use Spirit's rock abrasion tool to grind the weathered surface off of a small area on Adirondack to inspect its interior. Later plans include examining a nearby whitish rock, then driving toward a crater nicknamed Bonneville that's about 250 meters (820 feet) away. Researchers will use the rover to search for rocks that may have been excavated from below the surface and tossed outward by the impact that dug the crater. If Spirit can reach the rim, scientists hope to see outcrops in the crater walls.

What would really be interesting is when they return the rat mircoscopic images to determine if any of the olivine is isometric. Of course it would have been preferable if JPL would have at least taken a look at that hole!

Here is my estimation (piss poor at best) of the dimensions of this hole

Closest thing I have read is that Adirondack is close to 10 feet away so I used that as a basis and tried to make a scaled measurement as you can see in the image below:

I figure that this hole is 1.9 cm x .6 cm. Best estimate I can come up with. Anybody else please weigh in if you got any ideas on the possible dimiensions of this rock.

I did some searches on google after my estimations and found some interesting comparatives. Compelling at best to my theory but one particular image is a little scarey in resemblance. It's towards the bottom of the page http://www.mineralminers.com/html/permins.stm an item called Peridot Nodule in Basalt. Just too freaky but most likely coincidental. Another interesting article is this one from the BBC. I found it interesting as well but I wasn't sure of the location that it refers to on mars and I don't really put much confidence in the BBC either. Still it is an interesting read: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/3210951.stm

Can I ask for a favor from you ?
Can somebody please re-image just the right-side only
of head-like unknown. It hard to make copy , since it's
on the far-right of this image.thank you

According to some NASA scientists and Viking 1 & 2 landers (1976-77) believe and maintain that the Viking landers
found life. Maybe algae ?

http://www.cnn.com/2001/TECH/space/07/20/viking.anniversary/index.html

In 1997 Mars Pathfinder NASA scientists suggest that the surface contains chlororophyll, the molecule that plants and algae use to convert sunlight into food,etc....

http://www.cnn.com/2002/TECH/space/04/05/mars.green/index.html

Looking at ESA Mars Express photos showing green, and looking at the limited colors of Spirit and Opportunity
landing sites suggest there is green and blue algae all around them, and remember the ground is warm, and there might be water under surface, and there .05 to 1.0 % oxygen.... The Mars Express images proves that the Viking 1 & 2 , and 1997 Pathfinder scientists were right !!

I found more data that supports some of NASA top scientists
from the 6 year Viking 1 & 2 missions , and of pathfinders
scientists claimng the same thing. "Living Algae on Mars ?"

Before providing latest data, lets re-examine what the former Viking scientist Ron levin of MIT Lincoln Laboratory claim from his studies with Viking 1 and 2. He was the first, and as the first alot of people didn't believe him.

Here's a interview and article by space.com title:
"Scientists Say Mars Viking Mission Found Life"

http://www.space.com/news/spacehistory/viking_life_010728-2.html

The 1997 Pathfinders mission scientists kind-of-supported
the Viking scientists, but again many refuse the data and claims.....

Now comes the 4th and 5th landers (Spirit and Opportunity)

The data is still coming in slowly, and the color calibration of Spirit and Opportunity is getting better each day, thanks to people like Keith Laney who help NASA Ames in picking/researching landing sites for these rovers.

Here's the latest TRUE FULL color claibration of Opportunity landing site:

http://www.keithlaney.com/opportunity_color_images.htm

It would help alot if we were able to see and study the Mini-Thermal Emission Spectometer (TES) instrument data, but for some reason JPL is not providing that information
to the American People and Tax-payers. It would help pc the puzzle better together...Here's alittle information on this instrument:

http://athena.cornell.edu/the_mission/ins_minites.html

The investigation continues......

Feb 3rd...

"...the green in the Gusev crater picture or by looking at the development of darker spots toward the South Pole which are tied to seasonal variations, it certainly gives rise to the speculation that there could be algae. "

This is according to Michael McKay, Flight Operations Director, European Space Agency interview conducted by Linda Moulton Howe of earthfiles.com...

GREAT Interview and investigation by Linda....

"Is There Living Green Algae in the Gusev Crater on Mars ?"

http://www.earthfiles.com/news/news.cfm?ID=650&category=Science

Here is a close-up image of Gusev Crater taken by ESA Mars Express..

http://www.esa.int/export/externals/images/ob_24_gusev_p.jpg

The darker green area is located to the south/southeast of Spirit, maybe approx.....1/4 to 1 mile.....???

The viking 1 & 2 images need to be re-visted and re-examine, since both Viking 1 and 2 missions lasted over 6 years, 24/7/365 until they were turned-off in 1982...?

There are only a few FREE images of Viking 1 and 2 on the NASA website.....the rest of those images are for sale only....The American tax-Payers payed 1 Billion dollars for those missions, and now we must pay to see them, and data...

Unreal !!!!! Vet out

There were no PC, or internet back in 1976-82 so these images obtained by Viking 1 and 2 which numbers in the 100,000 + were never fully studied and view by the public.

The two Viking landers were able to view 6 years of Mars, the summer, winter, day, night, wind storms, movement if all the photos/frames were made into fast-forward movie images
of day by day, week by week, month by month, year to year,etc... We would be able to see and study Mars better, and see the changing seasonal variations, and growth !

Here are the only images that are FREE of Viking 1 and 2..
(1976 til 1982)....There are approx 10 !

Here's are a couple....that aRE FREE !

http://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov/planetary/viking.html

I see green/blue......and some of these ??? rocks have the color Blood red to them , hmmmmmm?!!!

http://www.nasm.si.edu/research/ceps/etp/mars/marsimg/VL1_pan.gif

Here is a winter image from Viking 2....... hmmmm?

http://www.nasm.si.edu/research/ceps/etp/mars/marsimg/VL2_frost.gif

There are more...... I believe 100% +++ Ron levin of Viking Mission Scientist and other scientists of this mission that they FOUND LIFE !!! It's all there, and remember there is editing of some ???, so they were able to view everything
that we are not....

Here's a question....Can Viking 1 and 2 landers be turned-back-ON ???
