I am a Phoenix KFYI Listener and believe that Charles Goyette was moved to the afternoon slot because Liddy and Hill were just too darn good. They had teamed up during the War in Iraq and people wanted to hear more of them.

I still listened to Goyette because he is right on on things like Immigration but evenually I got tired of his rants against the War. I found myself switching over to Michael Savage who shares the later afternoon time slot on another station. If other people are like me they were voting with their thumb and fingers, changing channels tell they found someone producing a message they liked. Popular positions put Goyette in the time slot he was in and unpopular positions took him out.

I hope he gets over it because he is a great contributor but I don't want him telling me I am wrong to believe that the Iraq War wasn't worth it when I believe it is one of the most important tasks any U.S. President has undertaken.

IMO, Liddy and Hill have the best local news radio talk show, hands down.

Sorry, but Charles Goyette pisses me off, even when he discusses topics that aren't war related, such as the Kobe Bryant case. He's so condescending in his diatribes in the beginning of the show, just like the liberals IMO, filling his "routine" with hyperbole and snide comments. I don't know if he's deliberately doing it to rile up his listeners or if he truly means what he says. He's also extremely rude to his callers, unless they agree with him, of course.
