I miss the presidency of his father...the worst mistake Reagan ever made, IMHO, was introducing a Bush into American politics. Now, before you flame me, I voted for GHW Bush twice and GW Bush the last time and will again; but ONLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE ELSE TO VOTE FOR!

I read somewhere that the Sundance Film Festival's pappy is none other than the ultra-liberal leftist big-time clintoonian RAT-supporter Robert Redford. Somewhere in his movies (especially "Sneakers" and "Spy Game") Redford always slams Pubbies or the Pub Party.

Isn't Ron Reagan the ballet dancer?

Ron Reagan, son of the former president of the United States, is set to write an editorial piece for Esquire magazine urging the end of the Bush administration. I too am calling for the end of the Bush Administration. I demand Bush leave office by Jan 20, 2009!

Nope...not even by then...we can then start the Jeb Bush Administration!

You know, you could be right. For the sake of argument, let's say that's exactly how it was in their family. At least Nancy was extremely loyal to her husband. Stood by him through thick and thin and kept her mouth shut even if she disagreed. Too bad THAT didn't get passed on to Patti and Ron.

Who really cares what Ronald Reagan's lefty son thinks. If it weren't for riding his dad's good name, he'd be an assistant manager at Walmart while he's still trying to figure out what he wants to do when he grows up... nevermind that he's approaching 50.

Reagan is extremely clear about his feelings on this subject, since his father, who will turn 93 next month, has been felled by this insidious illness. I don't know that he really cares much about his father having Alzheimer's, but it makes for a good pretext to criticize Bush about stem cell research.

I wonder why is it that so many times very brilliant and great people have such disappointing children?
Just because one may be brilliant and great in a certain field doesn't at all imply that they will be great parents...
