Yes! That's exactly what I was thinking.

You notice Kerry does the same; Kerry the blue collar worker eating a steak and cheese hero sandwhich (like a girl), Kerry the Harly biker, Kerry the joking snowball man, etc etc etc.

Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean shares a laugh with Dartmouth College students after sitting down at the counter during a campaign visit to Lou's Restaurant in Hanover, New Hampshire, January 22, 2004. A hoarse Dean joked on Thursday about his nationally televised outburst, saying his voice had not recovered from his 'screeching' after he lost in Iowa, the first major prize for Democrats seeking the White House. In fact, the former Vermont governor is fighting a bad cold. (Jim Bourg/Reuters)

The candidate will also move away from his signature issue - opposition to the war in Iraq

Well, having this as his signature issue is the reason he came in 3th and his campaign is in trouble. Read the polls Dean, you idiot. Americans support going after terrorists and rogue countries that support suicide bombers.

Dean, you'd be much better off running as a 3rd party.
