My take on this is that Frost knows for sure he cannot win in any district......so he is going to take on Pete Sessions, a strong incumbent in the 32nd, in order to avoid getting beat by some person who is running for the first time.
It looks better on his resume'.

There will be some interesting races coming up this fall.... both here in Texas and across the Sabine in LA.....
LA potentials: Senate seat pitting Johns/Vitter..... Vitters seat pitting Jindal/Duke(?)..... Tauzin's seat with Downer after it.......... Cooksey/Alexander in a rematch maybe .... and maybe a shot at the vacated Johns seat.....
