The line now is that they didn't actually have WMDs (anymore), but that the scientists were bamboozling Hussein. So...documents going down approving various programs, funds being assigned and withdrawn, reports going back up - coupled with absolute confirmation of a previous not only program, but stockpile and use, and a resistance to disclosing information on the program to duly authorized inspectors. What kinda nut would act as though there weren't WMDs?
