Looking at the ostentatious post above, it's time for a HUGE YAWN, isn't it?

These points can be very helpfull for re-election, be sure to distribute them before the 1st amendment cutoff date.

Also Pres Bush does have a duty to protect the borders, but it does not help if the governors, mayors, and other local politicians refuse to enforce their own state and municipal laws. Democrats still hold a sizable number of the state legislatures and even if the Pres tried to deport even a small number of illegals, they would stampede to the nearest court, claming violations of civil rights. This is the side of the immigration story that does not get told. You are so right to bring it up!

Yup the bots just want their borders opened and the illegals granted amnestyYes. This was his statement........no qualifications added.
It's a boldfaced lie, and I'm not going to let him get away with it.
I'm SICK of it.

Dont you agree that all the states need to give a hand in enforcing border laws. I read awhile back about certain cities refusing to turn in illegals who committed crimes over to the INS. If am wrong on that let me know, but if it is true all the wailing about Pres Bush not doing enough. I dont know if anything can be reasonably done in a country this size. That is why I want individual states to be on forefront. At least they should be able to know what is best for there area.

Maybe you can tell me why so many of the anti-Bush people have changed screen names. We have at least one example on this thread. When Meek changed his, he made sure that everyone knew he used to be MeeknMing. Why don't the anti-Bush people want us to know who they used to be?I compare them to the terrorists who hide behind their towels and women and children. To me they are nothing but cowards

We have been kissing Arafat's behind Do you get stoned before you log on or is there an organic cause to some of your delusions? Kissing his behind? He's persona non grata in this administration.
we have been sucking up to the Chinese communists
How? No more selling of secrets for campaign cash and the Chinese spy rings are being chased down after eight years of flourishing, he stared them down when they forced the intel plane down, when asked if it was true that the Chinese were building and maintaining military communications and surveillance facilities in Afghanistan, the Chinese said no, so Bush ordered their installations to be bombed, new sales of military equipment to Taiwan, where is the sucking up?
we are spending billions to satisfy African dictators
Is this about the AIDS thing? or did you take another toke?

I am nasty? Why because I don't like the President? You have been incredibly patronizing yourself. You don't hear me calling you nasty. Anyway, I am going to dinner. I am in Barcelona presently. I will write when I come back.

What good is beefing up border security when Immigration agents and law enforcement have no power and are in fact barred from arresting illegals and deporting them?
***
President Bush has just opened the door (pardon the pun) to discussion of immigration policy. We have to have a workable policy before we can have a workable enforcement.
During his first campaign for president, he said he wanted to reform Soash' Security. Critics said he shouldn't mention the "third rail" in politics, yet he did, he got elected, and 3 years later hardly anything has been reformed. It is a slooow process. So will immigration policy be a slow process. At least he is willing to look at the problem.

Thanks for the ping, PKM! Following is my 'favorite' part of the letter you posted. "How about more attention to the flood of hate ads from
George Soros and his ethically-challenged cohorts on the
left. The Nazi-like propaganda method "tell a lie long
enough and loud enough and eventually people will believe
it" is too obvious to be ignored."
President Bush has been attacked in the most vicious manner with advertising, internet sites, speeches by candidates, candidate debates, minions of the candidates, TV pundits and 'journalists' for months.
In addition to the substantial list of accomplishments posted by Southack and Wolfstar, President Bush has had to try to ferret out and eliminate 'land mines' left for him by the previous administration. Last week the excited announcements came, "Poll numbers down!", "Dean could beat him!", "Kerry could beat him!", well, keep up the incessant drumbeat of lies and the dogcatcher could beat him.
The strength of character, control and resolve this man has is amazing. The response of most people to these assaults would inevitably be a familiar country song, "Take This Job and Shove It!". I'm grateful that President Bush has the sense of commitment to seek to continue in the office.

The only reason Arafat is alive is because of this administration. Have you seen our position on Taiwan lately? It is the same as the French position. We are sucking upto them. The AIDS money is going straight to some dictator's bank account or will be used by him to solidify his position.
To: Sabertooth; Wolfstar
Sabertooth........you are a fine guy, but you ALWAYS turn a thread into a soapbox for your views on immigration.
Did you read the WHOLE LIST of CONSERVATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS of this President??
THAT is what this thread is supposed to be about!
