10. Tea - yeah, we have tea. It comes in a glass over ice and is sweet. You want it hot - sit it in the sun. You want it unsweetened - add a lot of water. The only one I'd have any trouble with - I love tea, iced or hot, but HATE it sweetened! Otherwise, the South sounds pretty inviting, after yet again shoveling out my car to get to work this morning!
Better go a little farther south than Augusta, GA. Had ice storms there yesterday.
