Any event that advertises the participation of illegal aliens ought to be raided, and the illegal aliens deported," Mark Krikorian of CIS told the Miami Herald. This fellow (Mark Krikorian) actually wants to throw logic and reason into the frey? Well, I'll be. IMO illegal is illegal. Period. Mexico doesn't want illegals coming through their southern border but they sure want them to pour through our southern border. You want to come to America? Follow the rules and immigrate legally.

It's hideous the way those of us who just want our laws enforcedCouldn't have said it better myself Nea. Why is enforcing the law too much to ask?
Question to anyone. Why does Pres. Bush keep pandering to Vicente Fox? What does Fox have over him? As far as I can tell Fox (Mexico) offers America nothing but illegals. Does Bush keep sucking up to him just for votes? I have a hard time believing he is that shallow. But, maybe I am still, at my age, that naive. I just can't figure out the Bush/Fox relationship.

Excellent thread JP, thanks for starting this and thanks for the great links. As someone else stated you must be getting under the pro-illegals feathers. I would say that is a feather in your cap.

If you are saying that Illegal immigration is Bush's number one weakness, you are mistaken. This morning, in every country on earth that has an embassy of the USofA, citizens of that country lined up before sunup to apply for entrance to the USofA. This is Bush's greatest problem and our (you and me) greatest problem. If they can't get permission they will come anyway they can. "If you build it they will come". It seems that you would put the troops on the border and shoot anyone that tries to cross. It will not stop the influx. For those that are here work to make a "silk purse out of a sow's ear".
