VANITY: The best way to keep America a sovereign free nation is to keep the Democrats out of power!
Free Republic

Will Bush solve the illegal immigration problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the government spending problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the campaign finance problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the drug war problem? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the nation's education problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the so-called healthcare problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the so-called environmental problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the social security problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush solve the medicare problems? Probably not. But neither will Kerry, Edwards, Dean, Clark or Hillary. Chances are, they'd make it worse. Probably far worse.

Will Bush defend America from those bent on destroying her? You'd better bet your sweet bippy he will.

Will any of the Democrats defend America? Hell no they won't. They'd rather turn us over to the U.N. They'd surrender to the French Foreign Legion if given the chance.

Will Bush appoint conservative judges? Yup!

Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, appoint conservative judges? Yeah, right. And hell will freeze over tomorrow.

Will Bush continue reducing taxes? Yup.

Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, raise your taxes as soon as they possibly can if given the opportunity and continue raising them until hell freezes over? Yup.

Will Bush defend the right to life? Check

Will Bush defend marriage between a man a woman? Check

Will Bush defend the right to keep and bear arms? Check

Will Bush say no to Kyoto? Check.

Will Bush say no to a world court? Check.

Will Bush say no to the U.N.? Check.

Will Kerry, Edwards, Clark, Hillary, et al, remove our national sovereignty and subjugate America to world government? Just as quickly as they possibly can if given the opportunity.

Will any other person be elected to the Presidency in 2004 other than Bush (God willing) or a Democrat? Obviously not.

Doesn't make a lick of sense to me to allow the America hating, freedom hating Democrats back into power now that we've kicked them out.

Say yes to sovereignty for America and continued freedom for all Americans.

Say no to the RATS!!

Thank you.....Not distracted just holding your feet to the fire. Either you are conservative or not! If you hold "W" to a higher standard the same should be true for yourself. Practice what you preach!

He's here to help up.

Cult of Personality? So we who admire Dubya for his strong defense of this country and telling the French and other fair-weather friends to are not thinking rationally; we're just drinking Dubya's kool-aid.

I admire him for that as well. But, lets be frank here. Even if we got hit with another 100 World-Trade-centers, that's only 300,000 citizens. Tragic, yes -- but we lost more people in World War Two, and the country went on.

I think that more damage will be done to our way of life by rampant spending -- e.g., turning us into a socialist European-style country -- and by overturning the Bill of Rights by Executive and Congressional fiat than by terrorism.

Just don't appreciate someone from another Country on this thread telling us what is wrong. This thread was put up by Jim telling why he is supporting the President for reelection. I thought his comments were out of place if he couldn't vote in this Country.

We'll just have to agree to disagree, but there's no reason we can't do that amicably. I think we've agreed on more than one occasion that we're both after the same goal, even if our views on how to get there differ.

Have a nice night...

I'm hoping that the Senate will go 60+ Republican in '06. It is highly probable IMO that this will happen.

I think it more likely that one or both houses will return to effective Dim control than that Bush would lose. Even without any leadership from House/Senate Dims comparable to Gingrich's takeover in '94.

Control of both houses and the presidency by one party is an anomaly in modern times. Given the kind of spending we're seeing, I can't see what a GOP supermajority would get us. Lower spending? I can't quite believe it.

The GOP Congress spends like drunken Democrats, knowing Bush won't veto because Bush proposed the high deficit spending. And Bush, once re-elected, won't need them much anyway. Despite all his wailing, Clinton never seemed to miss his Dim-majority Congress. At least, until we impeached his lying ass.

Bush may not actually care much whether the GOP majority in Congress gets re-elected. And true enough, they're the ones to blame for the spending. Bush won't really need them after this year, judging by the priorities of his first term. They might even be a liability to him.

A most EXCELLENT point.

Alas, there are some here who probably wish you STILL didn't have the vote.

I know the "boy friends" feel that way.

I thought you were posting for him -- that's how it came across to me. I have seen him post a lot of things about this Country that off the mark IMO.

I meant to respond to this as well and forgot...sorry.

It wasn't my intent to respond for him (I guess yonif is a "him" based on your pronoun). If you have prior experience, then perhaps I lack that perspective regarding this person's intent.

Will Bush defend the right to life? Check

Sending our tax dollars to UNESCO is an attack on the right to life, not a defense. (It is also an attack on the pocketbooks of pro-lifers, too).

Signing the Bipartisan Campaign Finance Reform act is an attack on the freedom of speech.

Granting visas to illegal immigrants is a breach in the defense of our borders and an abdication of responsibility to uphold the law.

I agree with you that we should say no to the socialist Democrats, but we should also say no to people like Bush who usurp the Constitution and outspend the previous Democrat administrations.

Those who value the integrity of the Constitutional repuhblic should hold the presidency accountable and support someone who respects the oath of office. One such candidate is Michael Peroutka, and I ask that you would consider voting for him and offering him, or someone like him, your support.

I'm afraid that there is actually little difference between the Demicans and Republicrats. None of them actually believe in freedom.

I know the Dopertarians and the Constipation Party will save us from ourselves.. except, they genrally don't do a thing at the dog catcher level, let alone on a national level.

So, in the end, they are pointless exercises in marginalization.

Curious..... just who would you prefer to be elected? name and party if you have one?

In a perfect world, Harry Browne - Libertarian. Other than that, anybody but Bush.

I, for one, appreciate your call for civility. Thanks.

IMO, GW is conservative on some things, esp. taxes and defending the country. Possibly free enterprise. But CFR, medicine handouts, amnesty, NEA, these things let me know that he is not conservative on others. Although I like and respect GW, I find he's getting a little difficult to define.

Still voting for him, though, the alternative is out of the question.

Brilliant piece of work, Jim. You simplified it, turned it into a refrain like Mike Kelley's famous "I believe." And in that sttaightforward way, you told the truth. That's the best there is.
