A war without bullets, one in which we have no idea if it is in fact being waged, or how successful it is? Yeah, that's something to hang your vote on.
There are alot of reasons to determine who to vote for, I just don't think this is a major factor. It seems more of an attempt to scratch around for a reason to keep an administration in office that can't really point to much in the way of effectiveness.
