How does this work...if an American gives birth in another Country is the child an American? would that be a reason to have your child born here?

babies born overseas with an american citizen parent are by birth american citizens. she wants to have her baby here because she is the claasic vapid, liberal twit...she badmouths america, while still returning to our shores when she wants something done correctly. like alec baldwin and eddie vedder promising to leave the states if bush is elected, and both still here more than a decade later.
