I have been using "Aliens" as a keyword covering non-citizens and groups who don't want to assimilate.

California isn't the world. The problem isn't too many people, it's too many where you are.

Well, it's true California is going off the deep end first. But why would anyone want more people in this country? Aren't 300 million enough? I can't see that more people increases the quality of life for anyone. It's not as if our cities are bare echoing canyons where nothing stirs for days at a time. The maternity ward at County General Hospital here in Los Angeles is like the transporter room on the USS Enterprise. Babies keep materializing out of nowhere.
