If the Colorado legislature passed a bill mandating that all gunowners must shoot themselves in the head, you would, wouldn't you?

Read the Bill. It says absolutly nothing about "MANDATORY STORAGE" it is only a bill to revise lisencing fees and has a provision for the fees to be adjusted with inflation. It appears the folks on CO have been getting a pretty good deal on licenses and they are trying to get in line with other states. The additional fees go to wildlife eduacation in the state.
That's all it says. I read it. I do my own reasearch instead of believing everything a third party tells me.
