The fact that they have to go back to Vietnam is a victory in my book. My bet is that the American people are going to rightly conclude that Kerry can't stand on his record in the Senate or on Iraq.

My point is that he had the situation to avoid serving in the service with deferments. It wasn't common for Yalies back then to have to serve unless they chose to do so.
