Impeachment seems like such convoluted method. I believe the best attack is one that permanently removes this issue from the judiciary.

In truth, polygamy is far more natural that homosexual "marriage." God tolerated polygamy in the Old Testament. But I know of know society in history that has accepted homosexual "marriage," whatever that means. It's really a nonsensical term, since marriage in essence and by definition is between one man and one woman.

Even the ancient Greeks and Romans did not go to this extent, despite being rather more flexible in their peccadilloes. They had boys and men, but even so marriage remained a yinyang thing.
