A majority of Americans say they do not want laws in their states that would legalize same-sex "marriages," according to a poll taken after the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruling in favor of such "marriages."

The Massachusetts high court, in an advisory opinion, said Wednesday that homosexuals are entitled to nothing less than "marriage" and that civil unions will not suffice.

But the domestic faggotry, activist courts, and the ACLU will still foist itself upon that 2-to-1 margin.

Wait and see.

Americans are schizophrenic: they both oppose gay marriage AND efforts to stop runaway judges dead in their tracks from foisting it upon them.

Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry, the front-runner for the Democratic Party's presidential nomination, said last week: "I believe and have fought for the principle that we should protect the fundamental rights of gay and lesbian couples -- from inheritance to health benefits. I believe the right answer is civil unions. I oppose gay 'marriage' and disagree with the Massachusetts court's decision."

Sen. Kerry must not have seen this "memo".

The official position of the Catholic Church on Gay Unions is clearly spelled out here: CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING PROPOSALS TO GIVE LEGAL RECOGNITION TO UNIONS BETWEEN HOMOSEXUAL PERSONS

Catholic Ping - let me know if you want on/off this list

"Marriage has been a tradition for 3,000 years," said Rep. David Flynn, a Democrat.

Only since 1,000 B.C.? I think it's been a bit longer than that. Of course this is a Democrat speaking.

Anthropologists say that modern man appeared 100,000--150,000 years ago, and I'll bet the very first man grabbed the very first woman and said, "Mine!"

You as well as I that it makes no difference if he saw the memo or not. It doesn't consern him, he's running for office and only what the people want to hear is what he will say. If they wanted a Jewish president he would make it known that the rest of his family is Jewish and that he goes to Temple quite often.. He is a Sleeze..........

Sen. Kerry must not have seen this "memo".

An enormous disaster looms on the horizon, the next CINO president. Archbishop O'Malley must refuse Kerry communion now. If he fails, Kerry will serve as a terrible example for Catholics. If he refuses Kerry communion closer to election time, his move will be criticized as tampering with the political process. The Archbishop must act now!

Amazing how the judges have found another right in the law that the lawgivers were unaware of.
