Well, I agree. It is a fight, although I'm not sure which country, or ideology, he was fighting for.

Kerry has gotten himself in trouble by suggesting that a Democrat can win the presidency without carrying a Southern state. While that may be mathematically possible, even Kerry's own advisers say it was indiscreet to talk of putting an entire region off the Democrats' political map. Do I smell the start of the Dean-like gaffes? Or are the media just now going to mention them?

No. He threw another fellow soldiers medals away. He needed to keep his to run for president. Screw the other guys medals. Kerry fought the war singlehandedly - or so I've heard.

Look at his testimony. Kerry's band of brothers were the Calley's of the war. He associated and bonded with the criminal element that committed atrocities. That is why he thought all vets were war criminals. He did not relate to the real heroes.
What were the circumstances of his heroism? Who certified what he did? Were the Kennedy's involved? We must know.
