Job Seeker Is Model Constituent [Original Source Of Kerry Womanizing Story?]
The Boston Herald | Sept 2, 1998 | Gayle Fee And Laura Raposa

Posted on 02/12/2004 9:56:25 AM PST by Hon

The Boston Herald, Sept 2, 1998 p008

Job seeker is model constituent Gayle Fee; Laura Raposa

Question of the day: Who was the statuesque blonde strutting out of Sen. John Kerry's palatial Louisburg Square manse late Monday night when Kerry's wife, heiress Teresa Heinz, was on Nantucket?

We are told she is a 22-year-old Harvard student and former model who, Kerry's people claim, was dropping off a resume.

Our spies on the Square say the stunning Southern gal, dressed in oh-so-chic black, arrived at Kerry's townhouse around 11:15 p.m. and left just before the clock struck 12.

Not unlike Cinderella.

Which leads us to ask: In the age of Monica Lewinsky, is it smart for a senator with presidential aspirations to be entertaining attractive women when the wife is away?

"He was very kind to me. He offered to pass my resume along," the young woman told the Track.

The Georgetown grad said she was not at Kerry's home at midnight - more like 10:45 p.m. - and that she would have dropped off the resume earlier except that it was locked in her brother's apartment.

Both the young woman and Kerry's people insist the encounter was completely innocent. They said the senator met her on Nantucket earlier this summer, then again last weekend.

She supposedly mentioned she was looking for a job and he told her to drop off a resume.

Which she did after attending a party for her brother in Boston the other night.

"They met, she mentioned the fact she was looking for a job and she dropped off her resume," said Kerry's spokesguy, Jim Jones. "It was like 15 minutes."

Jones also claims the meeting between Kerry and the young woman happened earlier in the evening, after the senator returned home from having drinks with a Globe reporter at the fab Four Seasons hotel.

"He had drinks until about 9:15, went home, had dinner, then she came by," Jones said.

The senator was on the phone to his wife about 11:15, Jones said, and in bed by midnight.

Jones said there's nothing going on between Kerry and the young woman.

"The tone and appearance of that would be horrendous in the current climate," he said.

I guess you've missed the Drudge story. Kerry might be forced out of the race for womanizing.

So, yeah, I think this is breaking news. Especially since this might well be the source of that story.

Could be the inspiration, or it could be just a six year old part of an adulterous pattern. According to the Drudge story, Kerry got the woman in question to leave the country, which is not cheap of course. Although both of them may be...

LOL!

"was dropping off a resume"

Ever hear of the post office?

Kerry couldn't wait a day or two for it to be delivered normally? LOL! He was afraid she had such incredible credentials that she'd be snatched up before her resume could get to him?? LOL!

For the record, I am reliably informed that whoever leaked this to Drudge had been sitting on it for a long time, waiting for the right moment.

So this could very well be part of that story. Or it could be yet another person. Either way, it is of interest if only insofar as it shows his reputation even in 1998.

This morning Imus anounced that Terresa Heinz would be on tomorrow morning.

Imus claims that his purpose is always Entertainment.
He wants to prod political figures to say something so embarrasing they have to resign, change their names and move to another State.

Combine that with Terresa Heinz' tendency to say what she thinks, and it just might be a 'Highlight Reel' moment.

This was "published" in "The Hill":

Big Dig

Sen. Kerry under microscope of Boston Globe reporters

Presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) will be the subject of a multipart investigative series soon to appear in The Boston Globe. Several months ago, the paper assigned “a team of reporters to dig through Kerry’s legislative, political and personal lives,” said a Globe source.

The Globe reported earlier this year that Kerry’s grandparents were Jewish and not Irish Catholic, as many assumed they were.

That news was uncovered by the paper’s special team and deemed “too hot to hold.”

One story being examined for the upcoming series involves Kerry’s brief fling in the 1980s with a young British journalist working in Washington. Dates planned around his tight schedule often began late at night, after political functions where the bachelor lawmaker eagerly seeking gravitas couldn’t afford to be seen in the company of an attractive 25-year-old reporter.

The woman soon tired of the arrangement and dumped Kerry for a member of Pink Floyd.

This was later picked up by Newsmax without attribution (of course).

I don't know what the girl who accused Kobe looked like, but this one is pretty ugly. At least she is to me, but then, I don't know what men find attractive, so I guess I'm not the best judge. I can tell you this, IF I were a single man I would NOT date her. LOL!
