There was an article the other day (I know since I pinged it out to everyone!) wherein a legislator in NY wanted to eliminate ALL marriage - just to make it fair.

In the original "Gay Rights" platform, their demands included no limit to the number of people included in "marriage", and ELIMINATION of the age of consent.

Add to that the homosexual cannibal(s) like the recent case in Germany, and you've got at least part of the answer.

Personally I don't find the antics of these people with the silly made-up identity labels anywhere near as worrisome as the legions of pre-adolescent and adolescent girls dressed like whores with their parents'full approval.

I wonder too if they two don't go hand in hand to some degree. If a teenage girl is faced with having to look like a total slut or else a lesbian to fit in with the crowd, who can blame those who choose the more dykish look? I've been told that much of the lesbian act is just fake.

This corruption is ingrained in our youth. Those under 35 or so, would allow gay marriages and see the only thing wrong with these types of relationships (and of course the strange people) is peoples prejudices(read their elders) against homosexuals and the many tri, bi's and sli...mes. My ladyfriend had a co-worker from a few years back, come out to her as a transgender.........she was nice to him/her........I mean IT, when her daughter congratulated her on being open minded, it hit home.. The younger generations mind has been plowed and furrowed by the public education system and tv, and the weeds are allowed to grow.........while the good crops get choked out.....

Yeah, I know, there is a side of me that wonders if the Ayatolla Khomeini and the radical Moslems do have a point in saying that we are immoral and "The Great Satan." Don't get me wrong here, they have morality issues to deal with on their side of the line too, I mean sending kids as human bombs and flying planes into buildings is also downright rotten to say the least, but even a busted clock is right twice a day.

Not all "kids" are like that though, when I mean "kid, I mean somebody from their late 20's down, I'll be 38 this year so I'm getting close to that 40 mark. Still age is just a part of it. In one forum, I met a rabid feminazi who is just a kid in college, she parrots the lines instead of thinking and is for homosexual marriage and the whole nine yards. She's about 21 or 22, so hopefully she will grow up, but talking to her is like talking to a brick wall, she is spiritually dead in my opinion and will be that way until hopefully she grows out of it or has some sense knocked into her. Still naother one I've talked to is on our side here about the same age and a Mormon to boot so it isn't always age but upbringing and so on.

Still most people are still against these shenanigans and getting angrier as time goes on. I do believe there will be another Civil War and it will be fought on cultural issues unless we stop this slide into the morass, but that's for another time.

Destruction of any restraint on sexual behavior is a continuum. Slutty dress and behavior by teenage girls is related to "gay" rights, to abortion, to pornography, and feminism.

If moral absolutes are eliminated, not only is "anything goes" the motto, but "anything" has to get weirder and weirder to titillate, shock, or produce the required buzz.

You ain't seen nothin' yet. If not turned around, it'll get worse.

I agree. The moral abyss western culture is currently hurtling into is as terrible an enemy as Islamic terrorists. In fact, I consider it worse, because it eats the heart and soul from people, is more insidious and infective, and its propaganda is spewing out from TVs, media of all types, schools, courts, and legislatures (and unfortunately churches) daily.

I wonder what'll happen.

When the configuration of your gonads is the biggest deal in your universe, and the whole ground of your identity is based on what you have and where you stick it, just being a queer, a homo, or a perv simply no longer suffices.

Think about all the "nuanced" (a lttle faggy leftwing lingo there) distinctions drawn between "races" by the Nazi Doctors. They are the intellectual forefathers (oops--I mean forepersons) of the SF Chronicle's editorial philosophy.

I agree with you --- but what you see in the high school here are basically two types --- those who are willing to have sex with any guy --- they have a day care right on the high school campus and those pretending to be lesbians --- I think many aren't lesbians but just taking that route to avoid being classified with the other kind. But there is also an overlap --- the Britney Spears and Cristina Aguilera imitators who use a slutty lesbian act to get more guys to have sex with them.

No you pass laws forcing small business (including Christian bookstores) to hire people who would hurt the business not to mention their own beliefs.

The straight community chooses to make it an issue

You fight to have it taught in the schools, you fight to have it as a protected class, you fight to have churches accept this sin.. You make it the Issue, I hardly care who you sleep with thats between you and God..

Another thing, gays want marriage to be defined as a relationship between two human beings, race and gender undisputed

Welcome the straw man, leave it to a homosexual agendest to bring race to a sexuality fight (And nice to admit *YOURE* making is an issue... Gays want to *RE-Define* Marriage not Define it.. Now more to the point if the government did not sanction Marriage *at all* I would be much happier, but as they do they have a responsibility to that institution. If you want Civil Unions, fine but Marriage is and has always been an institution between a Man and a Woman.

To me, this is as normal as being straight is to you.
