Now, all bets are off.

With the universe of gender and sexual identities expanding, a gay youth culture emerging, acceptance of gays rising and label loyalty falling, the gay lexicon has exploded with scores of new words and blended phrases that delineate every conceivable stop on the identity spectrum -- at least for this week.

Apparently I've led a very sheltered life.

Our culture is just so much richer for all of this. Now, excuse me while I go take a shower.

Now, excuse me while I go take a shower.

Don't use all the hot water, please. I'm just heading out to buy some bleach and some Brill-O pads. I need to scald my eyes and take off a few layers of skin ...

Do these freaks really take themselves THAT seriously? I find it so hard to care about people who spend all of their waking hours obsessing on themselves and their identities.

Narcissicism, it's not just for breakfast anymore...

I have a very liberal cousin who has a lot of homosexual friends.

She was telling me one day that she realized that everything they talked about revolved around their "sexuality." Everything they did was in the context of who they slept with.

Narcissist is the correct description. How self-absorbed, and how very sad.

Let's not forget "deisel dyke", "flaming homos", and the ever-fashionable "fag".

Thanks for making "queer" an acceptable epithet to apply to these freaks once again, it's the one we always used when I was in school.

I had a "Trisexual" when I was in Kindergarten.

I fell off it one time and split my lip.

Just wait till they start in on the animal kingdom. "Trannyovineboi" = a boi attracted to sheep, but -- nothing strange here -- only female sheep. "Heterocanardo" -- either/any sex, having a thing for ducks. "Panbestial" -- hot for anything that clucks, bleats, neighs, moos, caws, quacks, honks, grunts, roars or screeches.

Was that the one with the 'spill out' break and the big plastic wheel in the front? Those things were brutal on freshly waxed linoleum.

In a word, YES!

You're right - narcissism has come out of the closet , loud and proud.

"The language thing is tricky," said Thom Lynch, the director of the San Francisco Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Community Center. "I feel sorry for straight people."

Fell sorry? Because the language is tricky? "Homosexual" does it for all.

One of the natural products of narcissism is envy, anger at anything that challenges their self-concept of being important. That is why they want to take your nice SUV, your income via taxes, and your children away.

If only they were legally married the state would have to provide them orphans to raise.

i know exactly what you're talking about.
when i started my job we were lectured on sexual harassment. then we immediately went to training (lets call him 'joe'). our trainer after introducing himself to us, came out to the group and talked openly about his sexuality and sexual experiences. that was the last of it, i hoped. i was wrong. once we got into our team environment, a lot of off topic talk revolved around sex, sexuality, and there were many offensive remarks directed at us (there were all men on our team).
if comments of this type would have been made in the male>female situation, you would be immediately fired.
however, someone did try to report joe to our supervisor. the report was filed, but then joe went to our supervisor's supervisor and threatened to sue the company on the basis of discrimination against gays. the complaint was dismissed.
he came in late every single day, had more absences in 3 months than some of us had in a year, took 3 hour lunches, when he did show up everyone else had to pick up the slack because he'd surf the net or chit chat instead of doing his job. this continued for about 2 years, all because of the "discrimination" threat he posed to this fortune 500 company.

I shudder as I read this, raising two small children in a world of depravity that the left-wing has created. It has never been harder to protect children from the filth which pervades our society. God help us all.
