Yes ma'am - sho does! I looked at the calendar and it looks like they are planning several events across North Carolina starting on the 24th of Feb.

What, are we not that important?Hey, be glad. Maybe you don't have enough Commies down there to support a rally.
You can come up here and hang out with us.

Shave your head for peace. Ladies are invited to make a Strong Visual statment to stop the war. What are they trying to do? Turn this into a wet Tshirt contest? Janet Jackson going to be there? LOL

Not a picture which I wish to think about!
To: looscnnn
Oh, don't you know - they can't come because of the NAACP ban.
To: tgslTakoma
It's not here either!

People in Charlotte won't care about "another" peace rally. I think those of us who can make the trip should converge on Fayetteville. I will check with some folks other than my hairdresser to see what people are doing, though.
Wherever we need to go, let's all keep the date.

I agree.

Last year when they protested Pres Bush at the convention center, only about 6 of them actually showed up. The counter-protestors got tossed out, though. Go figure.
