The title is a misnomer.
President Bush does not portray kerry as anything.
President Bush only cites kerry's voting record and cites quotes from him.
kerry's own mouth testifies that he is a waffler, liar, and war criminal among other things.
Would other individuals contact the media outlet where they either heard, seen, or read this?
