The name for the little boys that devout Muslim men get in paradise are ghilman (sometimes spelled gilman), the word is plural. This term was used in a secular sense to describe slaves captured as small boys. The Koran mentions them (apparently 8 times) as sort of cherubs "like scattered pearls". They exist in paradise to "serve" the Muslim man - but there are no details on exactly what that entails. There is some slight evidence that this might include some (but not necessarily all) forms of sexual servicing.
