Um...no. If the "DIRT" in our Government had the slightest hint that Nichols had any information damaging to them, Nichols would simply suffer a heart attack in his cell the night before he was to talk to anyone who could do anything about it.

Nichols is not in federal custody -- he is in State custody and the OK County DA is a straight shooter and not a grandstander like Macy. There had to be a reason that the OK County DA turned down a no-contest plea by Nichols in exchange for life in prison. He said no -- it was after that the witnesses started coming forward and the Judge ruled the testimony was admissable. I think Nichols will spill the beans if it means he can get life in prison and not the death penalty.

Think the trial is going to get more interesting since the Judge seems to be a straight shooter as well.
