Does anyone believe anything Kerry says? I find this guy to be a pathological liar.

He will argue that this is consistent with the law as it stood under the Republicans.

Translation, Kerry would use CFR and reinstate the "fairness doctrine" to shutdown Conservative "Talk Radio" and internet websites.

Damn --- that's his

"Sista Soulja move"

I knew he would have to do it - and he did it!!

He made a "culturally conservative" comment on a meaningless and unimportant topic that will never come up while he is President.

Gawd, I hope no rubes are fooled by that the way they were by Clinton in 1992!

Great minds think alike! ... It took about .5 of a second for me to see this as the same tactic the Dems have run before back in 1992.

Is this for real? I don't think I've ever heard Kerry talk and make sense at the same time.

You might hear him do so again at some point, but it won't be for the right reasons. Ketchup Boy may be a liberal, but he's not a principled one. Like Bubba and Bore, he's a weather vane liberal who craves personal power above all else and will say and do anything to get it and keep it. Any and all positions are subject to change at any and all times, depending on what Lurch thinks his audience wants to hear at the moment. Maybe some wealthy donors who do not like Stern are considering contributing to Kerry at this time. For whatever reason, Lurch determined that was the best answer for that particular meeting. Should he ever decide that an endorsement from Stern might be needed to win, he'll be on Howard's show to tell him whatever he wants to hear and help evaluate strippers. His pathetic and undignified Tonight Show appearance on the motorcycle, as well as the botox injections, proves there is no depth too low for him sink for votes.

It is horrifing in how many ways both the major parties are destroying the freedoms, wealth and economy of this nation.

"Kerry said he disagrees that Stern faces repression."

First of all, Kerry didn't mention the FCC, he only said that Clear Channel has a right to decide who to broadcast. But what I think people are missing in this is that it shows that KERRY IS PETRIFIED OF SOCIAL ISSUES. If he was aligned with Stern and what was said on his show, which was both racist and disguisting, Kerry would get lambasted and labeled a racist by some.

I disagree. Stern is an easy target even for a lefty like Kerry. It's like school uniforms advocated by Bill Clinton. It didn't cost him anything more than a handfull of voters.

For the record: Michael Powell is a Clinton appointee. In my opinion, that appointment is one of the few things Clinton did right.

But President Bush appointed Powell Chairman... which wasn't a problem until Powell started enforcing FCC rules.

Did anyone hear what Howie had to say this morning about John F'in Kerry?
