Wouldn't it be more newsworthy if NO loud explosions were heard in Baghdad?

YES. I actually get sort of worried if it's quiet for too long.

It usually means something's brewing.

Has OSHA approved the sound level for these explosions?

We joke around saying "That's it! Those neighbors are being way too noisy. I'm calling the cops. They're exceeding the allowed decibel level."
