Traveling on Iraqi passports, fleeing to Iraqi for sancuary is hardly weak. Read McVeigh's letter and tell me with a straight face that he did this from "right wing" motivations.
There was no distortion in the explanation of the necessity of the Iraqi invasion. Several reasons were given but the most important was that no state will be allowed to give the terrorists sanctuary or aid without an American response. American planes were engaged on a daily basis by Saddam's forces which would have been sufficient in itself to get rid of SH.
There is no problem with an exit strategy and it will be addressed after the successful exits from Germany, Kosovo, Korea. This is just a RAT talking point not something to be worried about at this point. It is ENTIRELY a RAT concern selectively ginned up in desperation since most patriots trust the president and his advisers and with justification have faith in their wisdom and abilities.
These trivial critics reminds me of the carping fools who beleaguered George Washington during the Revolutionary War.
They understand little of warfare or much else outside of conniving political gamesmanship.
How silly to think that destroying the Center of Terror so diverted our resources that surveillance couldn't be done in Pakistan. It is just another falsehood grabbed in desperation to discredit the marvelous job our President has done in winning two wars with two years. We have not seen such leadership in decades. Thank God for George W. Bush.
Any but blind fools or total RAT partisians can see that the levels of violence in Iraq are ratcheting down and more attacks are being directed at the weakest link- the Iraqi allies of the US. AQ is desparing over its inability to shake the US resolve to see this thru and is concentrating on killing Iraqis. That tactic seems to have also failed completely since the civil war AQ hoped to generate has not materialized.
What is enough to make one puke (one who is REALLY concerned about US casualties) is the attempt to discredit our marvelous leadership in this struggle with RAT-like claims that Bush is needlessly endangering our forces.
For some odd reason those who compose those forces LOVE President Bush and would consider you just another spreader of RAT lies.

Why would you trust one word in that story? Why would anyone but a RAT put any credence in such a source? Why do you HOPE that it is true?

Hope?
You have already agreed that there was bad intelligence.
You are not making any sense.

Yes, HOPE. Desperate hope, hope without limit. Why else would you post from clownishly RATmedia sources like the MH to prove a point you think you have?
Where did I agree it was bad intelligence? If I gave that impression I did not intend to. Our intelligence was about as good as could have been expected under the circumstances.
You wouldn't recognize "sense" if it bit you in the ass.
