It's really already a conclusion. Bush will win, AND HOW (Go President BUSH!). He may WIN all 50 states. Everyone with a clue knows how incompetent and corrupt Kerry and his cronies are. I mean, all of us have had it with all this senseless talk of appeasement and recession. Yuck!

Yes, lazy man's version-

Start a new email in Outlook Express. You have to have the "source" tab enabled-- this appears on the bottom of the email when it is active- punch "view," then "source edit" to enable.

Hilite, copy, and paste the animation from IE to the new email... save with control-s.

When you want to post the animation, get the email & hilite & copy source.

Save it to your desktop or any disk / folder. When you want the motion, right click and go to the

"Open with" > Internet Explorer.

That will open it in another screen with motion.

bookmark the URL (add to favorites, whatever)

synchronize for offline viewing if possible

if you have RealPlayer or Windows Media Player, enter the URL in that app and save it

anytime you want to use it in a post, right-click on the active animation and select "properties" and then grab the URL

It is an 'animated gif'. It is a .gif file. If you want to save it, you pretty much have to save it as a .gif.

It is a single image file. When it was made, there were a number of frames that went into making it, but now it is a single, animated file. Just save it as 9590PenguinSlap.gif or whatever. It'll still work.
