a couple of pictures that help explain it better are here

Be sure to give your elected officials, local, state and federal a big kiss for this mess. Yes, include our President in the kissing.

Sounds like a somewhat smaller-scale version of what's going on with NAFTA, the EU, the FTAA, etc.

"There are currently six Regional Commissions in place, or pending final approval, which impact states from New York to California; from Florida to Washington."

Be sure to open this link.

This one stays on what is currently designated as American soil. Give it a decade and the title will change.

Within 5 years, we'll be governed by the UN.

I see something like Brave New World in 100 years happening in the US.

I know this story.

What about the Imperial Senate?

Don't worry about the Senate. The Emperor has dissolved the Senate.

But how will he maintain control?

The Emperor will rule directly through the Regional Governors.

But don't worry. I think the good guys won in the end.

Maybe you two Know-Alls can explain to me

We already are to a fair degree. Things like the "buffer zones" around areas like Yellowstone (a mine was shut down because of this) originate at the U.N. Of course, you'll be branded a kook and/or a tinfoil hatter if you mention things like this, so forget I mentioned it.

Ignore the opening line. It should be "Within 5 years, we'll be governed by the UN.". Cut and paste error while running too many tabs in the browser and being sleepy. G'Night.

Except those are just recommendations that we go along with. What's missing is having American law enforcement and courts implementing UN decrees directly. That'll come unless something is done to stop it.
