He might as well start suing the three counties in Florida that caused the trouble last time. Rather than use the paper ballots that were perfect in 2000, they chose the touch screen machines that are too complicated for democrats to operate. And they cannot be recounted.

You know they have the "disinfranchised" black voters papers already drawn up, probably with the names of voters too. Why wait for the election. The Dems will have there fraud machine at full throttle in this election, it could really get ugly, especially if its another close one, and it will be.

George W. Bush won the presidency by five electoral votes when a 5-4 decision by the Supreme Court ended a recount in the state. Bush spent millions of dollars fighting Al Gore's effort to have votes recounted, a legal battle that lasted for 36 days. Notice the article left out that by a 7-2 decision the Supreme Court ruled that Gore's so called "recount efforts" were illegal, they were violations of Federal election laws.
In other words Gore was a cheat who was stopped in his disgraceful attempt to steal the election.
I am so sick of libs rewriting history.

"I intend to ask this legal team to do that, and we will identify those districts where people have had trouble voting in the past." That should be easy. They have all been districts where Dems are in charge.

How the hell can they be any earlier than the 11pm mustering of lawyers by the Sore Loserman campaign? There is no earlier than that.

"We're going to pre-check it, we're going to have the legal team in place. ... We're going to take injunctions where necessary ahead of time. We'll pre-challenge if necessary," the four-term Massachusetts senator said. Without even a hint of a problem, Kerry is ready to do a Gore on us. I can't tell you how angry that makes me. I just sent another check to Bush-Cheney '04. Contesting elections in the Courts is absolutely not my idea of the democratic process of elections in America and the fact that Kerry is talking about it, 8 months in advance just fries by a$$. The jerk.

(I refuse to call candidates for President "Democratic" as they are NOT. Socialists, actually.)
