U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Senator John Kerry (news - web sites) (D-MA) points to himself as AFL-CIO union metal workers cheer as he arrives at the Hill Mechanical metals plant in Chicago, Illinois March 10, 2004. Kerry addressed the AFL-CIO Executive Council Meeting in Florida live via satellite from the metals plant on the heels of his four primary sweep of Louisiana, Florida, Texas and Mississippi primaries the night before. "Senator Kerry's statement today in Illinois was unbecoming of a candidate for the presidency of the United States of America, and tonight we call on Senator Kerry to apologize to the American people for this negative attack," Racicot said in a statement. "On the day that Senator Kerry emerged as his party's presumptive nominee, the president called to congratulate him. That goodwill gesture has been met by attacks and false statements."

Gee, do ya think now would be a good time to pry your lips off of Tubby Kennedy's backside, and flush that New Tone B.S. down the toilet?!

Look at the faces of his supposed supporters -- none look happy!

Glad to see BC'04 immediately strike back!

I think the Bush campaign should arrange a similar 'accident', where Bush could drop a really juicy tidbit that would be funny, provocative, and yet be apparent that they were making fun of the Kerry gaffe. Any suggestions?

I'm sure the Bush Campaign is riled by Kerry's statement and by looking at that pickture, those guys didn't seem to thrilled by it either.

I would show the photo of Kerry and Dean hugging, then play the audio of Dean yelling.

"RILE," I do not know what it takes to get em moving, but I think it's about time. Kerry will slither his way out of this, but the RNC will allow him to do it.

"His campaign-trail promises mean he is going to raise taxes by at least $900 billion."

AFL-CIO union metal workers cheer

Uh - those union guys don't look as if they're exactly thrilled with JF'inK. I can attest to the fact that, having been a Union member for 15 years, and Mr. Inspectorette still is, although the Union fatcats are drinking his Kool-Aid, the rank and file where we work are not fooled.

Kerry is still stuck in the 70's. He thinks Nixon is President.

Described his Republican critics as "the most crooked ... lying group I've ever seen."

Some nuance.
