"defers the threat of Security Council action against Iran until the board meets again in June."
There was a rumor a few days ago, that Bush was going to put everything off regarding Iran, until June.
Looks like maybe it wasn't just a rumor.
And it seems to some that even if they had the inspections next week, it would be an "insurmountable obstacle to the agency's efforts to deliver a judgment by June..."
Now we're talking about MAYBE end of April for inspections. That puts off a judgement until what, August?
Plenty of time for regime to keep working on nuclear weapons. And enriching lots of uranium in N. Korea.

(CAUTION: I'm an acquaintance of someone labelled :"an obstinate supporter of dangerous fantasies")
It seems that Bush might be waiting for June and July to start talking tough about Iran and doing the same thing he did with Iraq...the long drawn out attempt to go to the Security Council, etc, etc.
That would help him win the election. A successfuly Iranian Revolution right now would be too good for the Iranians and world peace. Bush would lose in November because Americans would feel that he had already won the war for them. Better to wait for the actual battle to occur next fall.
