THE WARNING KERRY IGNORED

SEN. John Kerry boasts how he "sounded the alarm on terrorism years before 9/ 11," referring to his 1997 book "The New War." Too bad he didn't blast it when it really counted - four months before the hijackings, when he was hand-delivered evidence of serious security breaches at Logan International Airport, with specific warnings that terrorists could exploit them.

So he gets his wife to fund an organization that gets people who lost family in the WTC to trash President Bush, for something that he would not do anything about.

No wonder he is so sensitive about the 9/11 snip in campaign ads.

I don't get it. I thought he was all for big gov't. watching out for us little guys? I thought he was all for making us safer?

By thw way. Just exactly WHEN did he make that comment about us not being at risk for a terrorist attack? I always presumed it was recently. However, it seems like he may have been saying it for many years.

A fiery ex-Navy Seal, Elson spent three years as part of an elite FAA unit called the Red Team, which did covert testing of airport security across the country, before retiring as a field agent in Houston. He offered to fly to Washington at his own expense to give Kerry a document-backed presentation about the "facade of security" at Logan and other major airports.

Richard Marcinko and John Weisman are authors of Red Cell and other books on the subject. However, Marcinko's shooters weren't an FAA unit. Maybe Red Team is a different group altogether?

I was looking for a quote that would define his incompetance, but theres just too many of them to choose only one.

His behavior is just plain layered, I honestly doubt if he could remember any of this, his position changed so much and so drastically from one day to the next.

If we had a truly honest press core, this would be the end of Kerry, short and sweet.

Sullivan and Elson, joined by aviation-security experts David Forbes and Andrew Thomas, want to see Kerry hauled before the 9/11 Commission to answer questions about what he knew about Logan's lapses, and specifically what he did about them, before that fateful day.

By God, the Republicans on the 9/11 Committee better get a letter hand-delivered to the two-faced Senator requiring his presence for a public interrogation.

Any fancy dancing by this slippery character and a rapid subpoena will be fired off.

We have to have this guy front and center at the committee's witness table. The double-talking Kerry must be grilled on public television while Sullivan, Elson, Forbes and Thomas sit in attendance.

I lived in the Boston area in 2001. I don't remember anything about the local FOX affiliate doing this investigative report, before or after 9/11. I assume this media "warning" would have been all over the news in Boston after the attacks.

Me thinks someone pulled a fast one on the author of this article. It appears fabricated.

This is getting better. Another example of Kerry's lies about his actions or votes. The other day it was his claim to have voted for a particular bill regarding Cuba, when in fact he voted AGAINST it.

I remember some stuff on Fox News that was shown sometime in the fall after 9/11. I don't know when it was taped.
