The president can override the court on grounds of national security.

Best laugh I've had all day. If he was worried about national security he would have closed the borders on 9/12/01. He didn't.

The attack on the Towers occured in the early morning, if he was serious he would have closed the borders by lunch. Don't worry Jose, this administration wuill never close the borders.

They might not complain if the release of wolves was going to be done --- releasing many wolves could serve two purposes --- slow down the illegals and keep environmentalists happy.

Liberals could care less about what illegal aliens do to the environment on their way over here. If the government tries to protect both the sovereignty of our country AND the environment, it gets sued! Whatta country.

There are some old mountain lions prowling along the San Pedro that may be doing what you suggest as we speak...

The Marines are part of a JTF and are working on construction projects: maintaining the border 'road' and repairing the fence. They aren't armed.

If they had been, I suspect the outcome would have been much different. It happened once before, and the hue and cry from the press was horrendous.

Which may be one reason they aren't armed now.

The fence doesn't work; mines will.
