"White House Battle: Would a change in Presidents hurt the war on terror?" It depends on who gets the job. If Kerry gets it then the war on terror becomes a "police action"- which basically means that we wait for a terrorist act to happen and then clean up. If Bush gets it, then I'm not really sure what will happen (he seems to have gone a little bit soft- Iran building nukes, European's PMS tantrums, letting foreigners boss us around, etc).
