"She was not taken into police custody."

Why not? Any other person that had evidence of these crimes against them that this woman had would be arrested and their faces would be all over the news.

I live in Orange County. We have two 12 or 13 year old girls sitting in jail right now. Why? One of them didn't want to get in trouble for being late, so they conspired to accuse someone of attacking them. The police were called, and they did a lineup. The girls had decided before seeing the men in the lineup that they would both pick #5. #5 was then convicted and spent months in jail.

How far was this woman willing to take her hoax. Was she going to allow an innocent person to go to jail for a crime that never happened?

So once again, why wasn't she taken into police custody?
