Michigan considering withdrawing from (counter-terrorism) database program

LANSING -- Michigan might withdraw from a database aimed at fighting crime and terrorism because other states have pulled out, leaving it unlikely to get the federal dollars needed to fully get up and running, the state’s top homeland security adviser says.

Detroit Michigan has a large Muslim population. Michigan had better get it together.

Then why don't we put JUST the Moslems under surveillance. Why does every person have to lose freedom and privacy?

Every person doesn't lose freedom and privacy. Ever hear of Tim McVeigh? That scumbag wasn't a Muslim, but he was responsible for a horrible act of terrorism on his fellow Americans. Ever see a picture of the babies he murdered in the daycare center of the Murrah building?

States respond to a greater public pressure than the Feds and they can't afford the burden. Watch for TIA to emerge or the Fed throw full funding at it. The MATRIX isn't about terrorism anyway....
