I guess this is just the "Rule of Terri" that the Schindler's attorney talks about. Michael doesn't have to show up in court and "Hey that's okay"
Judge Greer, true to form sis nothing again. He gave them what was it practically a 30 day extension because of HINO's Attorneys schedule. Sometime in that 30 days why didn't judge Greer read the file? Then he could have ruled today. No it is delay delay delay. I also think that they are just trying to string this out, not giving Teri the medical care that she needs in the hopes that she will die and the "problem" will go away.

And when is the lawsuit going to proceed, the one the Schindler's filed to have Michael removed as Guardian?
Why doesn't the Schindler's attorney push to get that case heard?

I KNOW we can't so this, we can't and I'm not advocating it. But in my dreams don't you just want to kidnap Terri and put her in a safe loving place and let her parents be in charge of taking care of their daughter? Like the underground railroad... I mean this has been going on for years now. And in the meantime Michael just keeps producing more children. I swear if I was living close by I would sit in on all of Judge Greers court cases and record a pattern. I will et dollars to donuts that he is treating Terri much differently than his other cases. What a shame I am so far away.

VOTE NO ON GREER. People might not know why but because it's a yes or not vote, a bumper sticker would sway undecideds to VOTE NO. Negative campaigns can work.

Sounds like they're waiting for the neglect to cause her demise. If Terri is now a candidate for bedsores and head lice, bedsores are MUCH WORSE THAN PEOPLE REALIZE. They start cutting limbs off for those. I can see Felos claiming Terri is suffering from bedsores - end the suffering once and for all. THEY DON'T CARE HOW THEY KILL HER, JUST GET IT DONE.

I think when I come down to St. Pete this summer I will just have to find Michael and make a citizen's arrest for ABUSE AND NEGLECT OF A DISABLED PERSON! OTOH, what I really want is for Terri to be in the safe arms of her awesome family!

Had to be gone a couple of days. It appears the judge intends to continue on his destination to Terri's demise. I sent an email here

Perhaps if they got several emails communicating dissatisfaction with their coverage of Terri Schiavo the editors in charge of the stories would increase coverage and discussion on several programs. It can't be that hard for them to get a T.V. camera crew with spotlights down to the court house? Maybe put a microphone in front of Judge Greer for an explanation to his actions?
