The new strategy which is clear from watching the talking heads, is to equally spread out the blame for 911. They equate minor things in bush admin to major faults in clinton admin and say well, it is both of them. Very clever. And with that is a move along message. They wanted to fry Bush, they couldn't, so this is a fall back position.

Dr.Rice has stated on several occasions, that there was no hard evidence of a specific nature, that terrorists were going to use airplanes as missiles and slam them into the WTC and the Pentegon building.

I pin the actual attack on the derelict Clinton administration. Bush, et al, had almost no time to get going on AQ. I'm referring to after 9/11. It was Rice's duty to learn all about the disconnected paper trail we had on the terrorists and their plans. She obviously didn't. Her public statements after 9/11 make that plain. Either that, or she's lying which is worse.

Let's set the record straight. First off, you're engaging in accusations that aren't true. Dr.Rice is neither incompetent or a liar. Dr.Rice's duty is to advise the President on matters concerning national security. If she wasn't doing her job, the President would fire her. Informational sharing between governmental agencies has improved since 9-11 and the formation of the HSD shows how serious the Bush administration takes the WoT.

While were at it, why not throw in General Clark, and let him commit perjury again, like he did at the Hague. Kosovo, has come up a number of times in the hearings, but nothing relative to the KLA and the support Clinton gave them, and such. Why? If they want the facts, you can't disregard that two of the 9-11 hijackers were in Bosnia in 96, with Ahemed Ressam, and probably others.
