Surely, .50 cal enthusiasts will go to another county to purchase their hardware and Contra Costa will lose out on the sales tax revenue (isn't it something like 8.5% in CA now?). Stooopid.

Sure could go elsewhere, like Napa, or Vallejo, or Fairfield, or Vacaville. The sales tax there is 7.35%. It is 8.25% in CoCo county. Think I'll save my nickels and dimes and buy one.

Oregon is conservative everywhere except the three northernmost counties (the cities of Portland, Eugene and Corvallis.)

Oh, you mean where the overall majority of the people live? LOL.

I've been all over Oregon. It's loaded with tree huggers, x hippys, and now illegal aliens....
