UPDATED: Tuesday, March 30, 2004 2:35:41 PM
CLEVELAND -- A bomb threat at the Justice Center had hundreds of employees stranded in the rain and downtown traffic in the area at a standstill Tuesday morning.

About 2,000 workers and visitors were outside of the courthouse until 1 p.m. and traffic was rerout from Lakeside, Ontario and West 3rd street.

The old Courthouse, across the street from the Justice Center, was also evacuated around 11 a.m.

A bomb-sniffing dog found something suspicioius about a tool box on the fifth floor of the center, but a second dog did not detect explosives.

We will update this story as more details emerge.
