The World Court. Another great idea for selling out our sovereignty.

The parallels between Mexicans and Palestinians get more conspicuous by the day.

Would we even be talking about this if we had troops and razor wire on the border?

Probably. They would still find a way in.

Afterall, freedom has a funny way of not being denied when people fight hard for it, even when freedom is coming from illegal actions.

This demonstrates the importance of doing all we can to win the culture war. If John Kerry wins this year, or if a Democrat wins in future years, I have little doubt that he (or it, in hellary's case) will be quick to subject us to the decisions of this thing, regardless of whether Congress chooses to recognize its jurisdiction over us.

The war on terror is important, but it isn't nearly as important as the cultural war. It is very possible that we can crush the terrorist slime that strives to threaten our lives while failing to stop the socialist thugs that strive to threaten our freedom. If we fail to do that, then I fear we've lost the greater battle.

PLEASE CALL and tell his aide Mr. Andrew McDermitt (on the phones now)(202) 224-5274 that is not an acceptable response.....

Give it time. We haven't signed away enough rights to the international community yet, but our government is working hard on changing that.

You may have no idea how hard... I just got the night-stomping horrors when I read a headline somewhere, Drudge I think, that Kerry is considering Clinton for Secretary of State if he's elected. That ought to get out the Pubbie vote!

That is why I suggested it. Blue hats soldering through our streets? Irresistible! ;-)

The World Court has no standing according to the US Constitution. This issue was settled at Yorktown.

Article VI: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land..."

The U.S. is a signatory to a treaty giving the World Court jurisdiction.
