I can't see this as anything but fantasy and daydreaming by a few Dems who are sour on Kerry's chances. I can't imagine any way this could possible happen unless something physically happened to Kerry; then it is quite possible a draft-Hillary campaign could emerge. Kerry's been campaigning for over a year, and he's not going to stand down for Hillary.

I knew something was up when Clinton couldn't look Kerry in the eye at the Democrates United dinner. I just knew it.
Look for Edwards or Clark to be her running mate, and Dean is the one paving Kerry's demise.
