Chuck D used to work for FNC back in the first couple of years it was around.... I kid you not. heh heh

Public Enemy was notorious for looping samples throughout the entirity of their songs.

This is the unfortunate part of rap, even rap I liked.

Unlike some on this board, I do see racial elements to some things. For instance, the reaction of black athletes on the field of play in football, as well as the ubiquitous, "He speaks so well" when referring to blacks.

That said, I can't abide Chuck D's politics, though I know that he has the pair to stand on his own ground, or at least he did, even if I disagreed with him. I always got the feeling that if you were to speak with him at length and be forceful in your views, you'd get a modicum of respect from him.

BTW, I remember Lizz Winstead-mostly from Comedy Central and I think a show or two over the years. She's in on this "air american" nonsense? Oy.

I prefer it more for Terminator X's expert DJing

Terminator X is the man! I love the way he weaves wild sounds like sirens or crowds into his mixes. As groundbreaking in his way as Grandmaster Flash.
