Then bringing into play White House phone logs was silly.

Why not vote for Kerry, no doubt he'll be looking out for you and your family.

There are any number of medications for your condition, but most require a prescription.

If he's not talking about Mickelson, he may be saying how do you know he's NOT calling families of our dead comrades.

To: BipolarBob
I didn't think of that. Sorry.
To: ShadowDancer
If you read the post to which I replied to, you would see that you are the one being silly by asking me such stupid questions.

Lighten up... President Bush can't do more than one thing at a time?? Of course he can call the winner and he can visit the wounded in Texas and he can do a multiple of things your comment really upset me for goodness sake I figure you must be a Dem for that kinda comment.

if you think a little about Easter Sunday, which is the day of the final round; Presidnet Bush spent the day on an army base and in the army hospital. How much closer can he get to the people we admire? Guys like you, Key Largo, have no perspective on the day or the actions of Presidnet Bush. Get a grip.
Take another look at the post of Bipolarbob, he too understands a balance in life. KeyLargo you need help and a pad of paper to keep a timeline. They will help you see the BIG Picture. Go to the base on Easter, Church, hospital and call the Masters Champ from my home.

Throwing out the occasional first pitch, enjoying baseball and golf, maybe even calling the winner of the Masters... are all about reminding people WHY we are fighting.
Enjoy life a little. It really ticks off terrorists.

I've always suspected that Michael Savage is a fraud. If he weren't in the business of talk radio, he'd be a Marxist New Yorker just like his parents.
His real name is Michael Weiner, BTW. I can never forgive him for changing his name like that -- if his book was called The Weiner Nation it would have been at the top of every best-seller list for decades.

Bush does need to go on the offensive tonight. No doubt about it.

Your answer to that, they don't let the original off the grounds, but they give you two other replicas to wear and or hang in your closet. The original is in your new locker, in the locker room, at Augusta National, with your name on the locker. Neat, huh!

That was a nice gesture by President Bush. Like many of us, he was probably happy for Phil finally breaking through in a Major, and the Masters at that. Only with the President, his calls always go through.
But I think we can cut Phil some slack on his victory "jump" for joy. Besides being a thirty-something white guy, he knows that golfers have little need for a vertical leaping ability. Just keep your head down and your feet on the ground...

The winner gets to keep it for one year, then must return it to the club.
It makes it all the more meaningful to keep a tight reign on them.

One of the most important thing a successful leader can do for people is help them maintain some elements of normalacy during difficult times. To not respond to the happy events in our country takes nothing away from the war on terror. It is the same reason soldiers can play tricks on each other and laugh at a joke.
And as someone who has had to be the bearer of bad news to one relative after another, I can assure I sprinkled in some happy calls to keep my own moral up. Seems very healthy to me.

You may remember Jimmy Carter confining himself to the White House during the hostage crisis. He became a prisoner there and, in effect, an additional casualty of the event. Fortunately, he was gone after 4 years.

This photo needs a caption:
"See that group of trees about 265 yards away? Those are the trees I was telling you about. I drove over them, onto the green and the ball dropped in the hole for a hole-in-one on this par 4 hole! Now I can't imagine anybody ever doing that! That's a double-eagle, too! I was playing by myself, though that day. But you believe me, don't you?"
To: SlightOfTongue
No, I think he's saying something like. "See that, she's a little monkey woman, lean, mean and not to far between...I think Ah got a salamah I gotta hide."
