A war between civilizations? No. A war between human civilization and bloodthirsty primitive misogynistic barbarism.

I agree with that, but I am wondering if this is one of those wars, where there will be no peace, till one side no longer exists?

I don't know, my friend. Last time the Muslirats tried to annihilate human civilization, it took hundreds of years to put their savagery to sleep for a while. Who knows what is coming this time?

I am certain that gaseous oxygen exists, even though I have never seen it and will likely never see "it"; similarly I am certain that many cultures have come and gone completely, without a trace, due to moral terminal posturing: "...we must not lower ourselves to their level".

There was a program recently on cable about the capture of Pablo Escobar, the Colombian drug king who came within a hair's breadth of literally taking over his whole country.
The program haunts me to this day, because it is clear that Colombia came very close to beginning a terminal slide into non-existence, because the culture and its traditions would not "allow" using a ruthless enemy's weapons against him. In the end they did, albeit pretending it was "extra-legal" the whole time and beyond their control, but victory followed very quickly thereafter.

Every culture, large or small, sooner or later faces that choice. Some will pontificate and some will act. The doers will be remembered by history, indeed may write a good chunk of it. The poseurs will have never existed.
