Morris: Gorelick U.S. Official Most Responsible for 9/11

Former chief White House political adviser Dick Morris charged Wednesday night that 9/11 Commissioner Jamie Gorelick is the U.S. public official "most responsible for 9/11 happening."
"Of all of the public officials in the Clinton administration and the Bush administration, the one who is most directly, in my judgment, responsible for 9/11 happening is Jamie Gorelick," Morris told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes."
Morris cited the now notorious Gorelick memo, a document she issued in 1995 while serving as deputy attorney general that impeded the U.S.'s war on terrorism.
"This woman is bad news," Morris charged. "She ran the Justice Department for three years - Reno was a figurehead during that period."
The top political consultant said that it was Gorelick's "invention to set up this wall that separated investigators from intelligence gatherers."
Morris cited the arrest of the so-called 20th hijacker, Zacarias Moussaui, whose computer contained the names of some of the Sept. 11 hijackers and the flight schools they attended.
While prosecutors pursued Moussaui on an immigration violation, he said, "they couldn't let the intelligence types look at his computer."
"Jamie Gorelick is more responsible than anybody for [the] 9/11 [plot] going undetected," Morris concluded.

How fitting. The Commission has been working hard to exonerate the Clinton Administration, and the effort blows up, right inside the Commission itself. This Gore-Lick woman has a lot of arrogance, sitting in judgment of regarding the "woulda-shoulda-coulda's" of 9/11, when she herself bears a heap of responsibility.
The best thing, this further discredits the very existence of the Commission.

Could it all be unraveling for the Dems? You have to marvel at the absolute genious of the President and his men & women.
First they fight against the commission then "reluctantly" go along with it. And now its all falling apart for the very people who thought the commission was going to be their ticket back into the Whitehouse. Sure the screaming faces and headlines look bad, but its the quiet facts that will make the biggest impact.
Condi was good, Ashcroft was great, the President on Tuesday night was excellent. I suspect there is alot more to come out about the Clinton years regarding 9/11.

I would expect the Dems will try hard to dump all this on Gorelick so it isn't looked imto any further.
Gorelick better start naming names and situations before she has a tragic accident at the dentist.

Somebody higher up wanted this for a reason that had nothing to do with Al Quaeda...From today's Wall St. Journal:
...during the time of Ms. Gorelick's 1995 memo, the issue causing the most tension between the ...Justice Department and ...FBI was not counterterrorism but widely reported allegations of contributions to the Clinton-Gore campaign from foreign sources, involving the likes of John Huang and Charlie Trie. Mr. Trie later told investigators that between 1994 and 1996 he raised some $1.2 million, much of it from foreign sources, whose identities were hidden by straw donors.
Thanks to the Gorelick Wall, Clinton's foreign contributions were never investigated from a "national security" viewpoint.

If there ever was a person who might see law enforcement as a threat and laws as being meant to be broken, then it's Bill Clinton: the most black mailable president ever. Look at what all he went through to keep his affair with Monica from becoming public. Makes me wonder what he did to keep the ones we don't know about a secret.
Of all the presidents in my memory, Clinton seems to be the most corrupt. Admittedly, the stories about the murders, the rapes, the sexual assaults, the Mena drug connections, the witness intimidations and extortions, China-gate, travel-gate, etc.-gate, the numerous alleged coverups, etc. are salacious, but I think he had his fingers crossed when he pledged to uphold the Constitution.

"Of all of the public officials in the Clinton administration and the Bush administration, the one who is most directly, in my judgment, responsible for 9/11 happening is Jamie Gorelick," Morris told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes." Morris' assessment is not exactly accurate.
Jamie Gorelick,
a clear efficient cause of 9/11,
was, and
(as her surreal, arrogant,
cognitively dissonant insertion
on the 911 commission attests),
still is,
merely the clintons' instrument.
Even if this were not the case,
doesn't the buck stop at the clintons' ("twofer") desk?
In any case, the Gorelick Wall was only part of the clinton pattern
--a remarkably dumb,
self-serving,
ultimately self-defeating,
legacy of corruption and utter failure...

Unless Jamie Gorelick came up with the idea of this memo totally on her own, she is not the one "most responsible for 9/11".
Who directed her, and why? That is the responsible party/parties. My guess is their initials are WJC and HRC, and they did it to cover for their many ongoing crimes and upcoming ones.
Gorelick was only the gofer who drafted the memo.

That means that it wasn't Gorelicks fault!
IT'S WEBB HUBBELL'S FAULT.
If Webb hadn't got caught in the cookie jar with $400,000 client overbillings, he would have had his puppet hand up Reno's butt, propping her up in front of the cameras.
Once Chelsea's dad took the fall, Gorelick had to step in and prop up the totally incompetent Waco murderer.
