Isn't this a copyright infringement?

Probably not. The painfully leftist "This Modern World" once used Dilbert and Dogbert in a cartoon. I e-mailed Scott Adams asking if it was copyright infringement. He replied saying that parody like that was considered "fair use".

Her's the thing. I once hosted on my website(as a mirror) a cartoon where Outkasts's "Hey Ya" was dubbed to a 'music video' made from "Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown".

Within a week I was emailed by United Features Syndicate ordering me to cease and desist within 2 weeks or I'd face legal action.

I think it hinges on how much of the original artwork is used.

But since the whole site is plastered with an Aprentice motif one could argue it could be inferred the site blurs the line and creates the impression that The Apprentice endorses True Majority.
